Borla ATAK axle back installation question...
I had my ATAK installed exactly per instructions, making cuts at the proper length on both sides. Both new pipes were seated on the existing pipes the same. After installation, both tips are centered and level coming out of the valance although tucked back a bit, but one tip sticks out about a 1/4 inch longer than the other. Not really noticeable unless you are looking. I've tried adjusting/rotating the shorter one different ways, but is seems that any change in alignment affects the tip being centered in the valance. I'm hesitant to cut the longer one since it would probably affect the tip staying centered.
Has anyone ran into this with their installs and what was your solution? Is this something to be expected bolting on an axle-back? |
