Horrible customer service and hardware/parts
PFYC.COM is horrible ordered a spoiler for Camaro they sent it noway to track just showed up one day, along with sending sheet metal screws to secure the spiker to trunk lid the spoiler has no inserts they sent no washers or anything. Then you call up and they say that's how every spoiler is mounted!.... Really because oem looks like they have studs that you put a M6 flanged nut on sooo you're wrong. Horrible I'm gonna try to do my own lil work on it and see if I can make it work.

Most online retailer's do not stock or in most cases have even seen what they are reselling....you order from them, they order from manu and manu drop ships...best is to research the item to make sure it's what you want then search out resellers (hopefully you will use the resellers on C-5 who will give you an additional discount most times)...good luck!

I have to say I agree with frankwjr. They are a retailer and complaining about the products contents to them and calling them out on it is not useful. If you expect OEM then buy OEM, there is a reason OEM costs more.
Horrible customer service would be not accepting the item as a return because you are unhappy with the way it attaches.
