Look up Havok wheels. Those are the only black chrome ones I know of. I've heard black chrome wheels are prone to chipping.

It's not gray and they're not black chrome, but this might give you an idea...

I am getting my wheels done right now. From what I have researched Black Chrome does chip easily and the stock wheels won't stand up to the processing it requires. So I found a different way to go. American PVD. They essencially powder coat the wheel with thin layers of metal that is tinted. It holds up to many torture tests and is only about $150 per wheel. Black Chroming costs about $3-400 per wheel.

If you click on the link above it is the companies web site. They have some pics of what it will look like. It applies and wears like powder coating but it has the look of Black Chrome. The company has done a lot of Camaro and Corvette wheels and they say they are somewhat hard to do because the castings are so bad. So there is a small possibility that there might be a pit or two in the coating. But if that happens they strip it and do it again to make sure it is perfect.

I don't think they have a patent on the process so there might be other places around the country that can do it too. It was developed for the space program first but is also applicable to normal folks like us.

They can coat almost any surface on the car. The engine components, even plastic.

Here are some pics of the wheels after being picked up from the powdercoaters. I wheels look incredible, the pictures don't do them justice. Some of the pics are with a flash and some are not. But to have them Black Chrome colored and as durable as powdercoating you can't go wrong.
