Alright guys I am from San Antonio Texas. I am currently on the waiting list at my local dealer which is selling the car at MSRP. I have a Trans Am I will be selling for the down payment on my new camaro so roughly I am looking at a hefty down payment.

My question is are there any dealers that have allocation and honor discounts or have current discounts available on the Camaro. I am looking to order a 2SS/RS M6. I am hopeing to get my payment below 500 or so with my down payment and some discount would be great. I am suppose to get a call in September more less to place my order. So who here wants to earn my buisness....and if you can deliver to SA that would be great!

Well don't you think you should sell the TA first?

Plus you should read in the Texas local forum we mention there are only 2 MSRP dealers, in SA, and they have waiting list combined probably close to 400 or more.

There won't be any deals on Camaros until the excitement dies down. Until then MSRP is the best deal you are gonna get. GL

Got a deal here in Colma, California for $500 above invoice. Stewart Chevrolet in Colma, Ca.. 2SS/RS..

and what exactly is so special about your trans-am that it will amount to a "hefty" down payment? Just curious..

Nothing other than it's bone stock with 60k miles . I think the money from that and a few more from me would bring my down payment from 10-12k down. If that is not hefty for you than u must be in a better career path than me!

I asked about your TA because I have always liked them, owned a 1977 6.6 and almost bought a WS6 years ago.

Anyway, a $12k down would be hefty regardless of one's career path.
