I am a total moronic doofus idiot.

So I back the car into the garage to jack it up to chase a couple of issues. I get it just where I want it on the jack stands, perfect. I open the hood, check out a few things and get ready to get to work.

Oh, wait, let me close the garage door. I push the button and down it starts, a few seconds later I look over and I think I see the hood move.

Yep, the door is dragging across the front of the hood! Stay calm, don't loose it... F#!*, S%&@!

The only possible good to come from this is I was about to have my hood spears painted on so the whole hood wont have to be repainted and I can have both jobs done at the same time, then have the entire hood cleared.

My wife said I did it on purpose, but I won't cut off a finger because of a hang nail.

I don't think that will buff out.

Sorry to see that happen but hey now it gives you the excuse to paint the hood and spears at the same time.

My wife ran the garage door across the rear gate on here vehicle one time. Tt even scratched the glass. She backs in from now on when she wants to open the rear gate.

At least you don't seem as upset about it as I was with her vehicle.

All garage doors are evil. I did a brake job on ramps in my garage once on my beloved 99SS. I forgot to pump the brakes back up before rolling off the ramps ........ right into the closed garage door. OUCH.

You be happy when it's all fixed up.
