If your Camaro hasn't left the factory, will it be from the "Old GM" or the "New GM" when it gets to the dealer? What will change if it is from the "new"?

my camaro will be from the new GM but i doubt anything will be different on it since its the same car but different company

Good question. All kidding aside, remember GM just dumped all its liabilities from past vehicle claims. Some concerns that were raised were lemon laws and personal injury due to a faulty product. I wonder what happens to Camaro owners who have already taken delivery prior to the bankruptcy.

It's whichever company invoices the dealership. If it's "General Motors Corporation", then it's the old company. If it's "General Motors Co.", then it's the new company.

Its basically the GM logo...but with Obama's Signature under it.
