Call me crazy
Hey guys, i was wondering if anybody could help me with some questions I have. For starters, what's the specs of the stock wheels? Mines just a 2015 2SS and I would like some specs from someone who actually owns one as opposed to different reviews/posts online the only helpful info I've got so far was the bolt pattern being 5x120 which im not even sure is true or not. Secondly, this is where the title comes in play, I wanna put some hellcat wheels on this car! I'm crazy right? Probably. Will it look sexy? I think so. I found some on eBay for a pretty decent price but they're 5x115 so if the stock really is 5x120 are there any kind of adapters or anything that I can put to make them fit??
Yes I'm crazy I know! Haha thanks in advance guys! |

OK. I'll be the first: You're Crazy!
Sorry, just being a smart ass, I don't know the answer to your question, but I can guess there's probably an adapter to adapt any bolt pattern to another. Whether they work or are safe I wouldn't have a clue. Good luck

Aside from bolt pattern, which you are correct is 5x120, you also need to watch the wheel size, width, and most importantly backspacing.

The stock SS wheels are a 5x120 bolt pattern.
20x8" front with a +35 offset 20x9" rear with a +40 offset. Any adapter you would use will push the wheels farther out so you'll have to that into account when sizing up whether the Hellcat wheels could be made to fit. Anything's possible with the right combination of spacers and/or machining. Whether that final setup is safe and road-worthy is a whole other can of worms. |

You'd really be better off buying a set of aftermarket wheels of the same style as the Hellcat wheels.
