Replacing PS firewall pad in 2010 SS

So after sitting in my garage for about a month, a rat set up shop in the cowl of my 2010 SS and chewed up the firewall pads as its nesting material. The DS pad was easy enough to replace, but there's a square clip through the firewall pad holding the brake lines from the ABS controller on the passenger side. Anyone know how to remove this clip without brute forcing it and waiting a week for a replacement from the dealership?

Thanks,

JP
