custom hoods?

anybody take their stock ss hood and customize it for looks or performance? if so plz post

most people have bought aftermarket hoods. I don't know if modifying your own hood would come out as good as a company that has already done it and made a mold to produce them en mass.

We modified our own and then made a mold to reproduce them as well.

it all depends on the skill of the person modifying the hood with a tig welder, for the time and effort that is required to do one of these it ends of being cheaper getting a aftermarket hood unless you want something totaly special like the jay leno hood

The car is so clean, complimenting the car is what needs to be done. Here is ours but we are not running any hood right now though.
