Worst 48hrs Ever

I have just went through the worst 48 hrs of my life. It started on Friday night when I got home from work. I saw our kitchen window popped open and the screen laying on the ground. I knew then we were robbed. I rushed inside to find they cleaned house they took everything expect furniture. New Mac computers – Dell Laptops – everything. The nest morning Saturday my pregnant wife and I were on our way to the bank to change our accounts because of the robbery the prior night. On the way to the Bank some older woman pulled right out in front of us. Yes another Camaro wrecked… Wife and I are ok – hurting but alive and the baby so far looks to be ok as well. The lady got a ticket for being at fault and of course because of her stupidity she put my wife and my baby’s life in danger for her impatience.

The up side to all of this is that the Camaro was great throughout the accident. Three was a blanket of airbags around us and the Onstar accident support was fantastic. The Ambulance was there within two minutes. Thank you GM this accident could have been much worse. We both could be sitting in the ICU right now and we could have lost our Baby.

Wow, that truly is a horrible weekend. Sorry to hear about it. The best news tho, is that you, your wife and you baby are all safe, and alive. The material things can be replaced, the lives, not so much.

I hope that you are able to get everything sorted out with both insurance parties (car and home) and that you can put this behind you.

This is a life changing event. You'll never forget it. Good luck with everything.

Ouch. That sucks, but glad to see the family is ok.

I hope you finally did get to the bank as well to change the accounts...

edit: What is that in the lower left part of the windshield?

That's awful. There is nothing worse than the feeling of insecurity after someone breaks into your house and goes through and steals your possessions. On a good note you three are ok and homeowners insurance will most likely cover everything less the deductible.

So sorry!!:(

Glad that everyone is OK, and hope everything goes well with the baby. When is it due?

It's horrible having your house broken into, been there couple years ago. Hard to get over. But then the Camaro!! Double whammy.

Just thank God that you all were spared injury.

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate disasters, I am just glad that everyone is alright (not severly hurt), especially your unborn baby. Everything else can be replaced.
