14 1LE without hood vinyl?
Has anyone seen any pics of a 14 SW with the vinyl taken off the hood? I want to see what it looks like.

Look at any SS or LT. There you go.

Go to ebay and find a 2014 SS and check out the photos. The only difference in the front will be the splitter. You can probably even find the color you desire.

Here you go...removed mine two weeks ago due to bubbling at the front of the hood...that's when I realized it was cheap vinyl wrap instead of paint...Took it to the dealership and they were gonna replace it, but decided to just leave it off. To me, a vinyl wrap is a cheap way to represent a one off model like the 1LE, just my opinion though!

It does look great either way, especially on the 2014 hood. However, if you are going to track it you should consider keeping it. Its not there to 'represent' the performance package, its there to reduce glare. The 1LE isn't a 'model' is it a VERY economical package meant to turn a daily driver in to a track beast.
