door jamb labels missing
I recently purchased a 2010 2SS/RS and it had been repainted inside the drivers door jamb. The labels are missing. I know there is a tire label, not sure if others belong there. Looking to get a new tire label and maybe others depending on what they are. Anybody know what labels and where I can get them? Thanks!

You need labels #2 and #7, they look to be back-ordered. You should check with a local GM dealer.

I don't recall a VIN label on the door frame. Just the tire placard.
The replacement tire placards are GENERIC deals and not specifically for any car. You have to fill in the information on the sticker. Kinda cheesy. Regardless, if you can't replace any of them, it doesn't really matter.

Or am I mistaking a precise area e.g. door and not the body latch area.... |

I totally would advise you can get excellent results by working with your body shop and www.ecsvin.com to get one. Be prepared to fork over $125 for a VIN decal and another $80 for a tire placard. But they will come pre-printed with your information and are authorized by GM and will be correct for your car.
