You don't need a different gasket than stock unless you're trying to change the compression ratio through adding or decreasing gasket thickness.

having your heads milled will also decrease the PTV clearance and may not be the smart move at all performance wise as it limits the amount of lift you can get with a cam in the future, I would rather say go with GMPP factory ported heads for $1200 from summit and increase flow and power and keep the compression ratio down . 1 whole point of compression only equals out to about 15 hp, so you would alter your engines heads to gain very little and should instead change out the lousy AFM lifters if you pull the heads, and spend money wiser with much better flowing heads with the hollow intake valves you lack which are better for high rpm. Then down the road your much better off for a cam or forced induction if your not doing them now.

that'

that' exactly what i'm doing taking out the afm with a dod delete kit also i have two set of l99 heads one set have 660 lift spring already installed so i was thinking to have the heads cut or install a thinner head gasket to get 11to1 compression as i will be keeping the stock cam and doing 1.85 rocker arm as i'm not doing a cam at this time

What exactly are you trying to accomplish here? You are going to go through all this work and expense and still keep the stock cam? Do you know how hard 1.85 rockers will be on the valve springs? This has disaster written all over it.
