I am just wondering how many of you and how picky you can be with having the dealer work on rattles and squeaks?
Especially when under the bumper to bumper warranty. I noticed the other day that my drivers side door sounds like a loose wire maybe ticking away hitting the side but when I push hard with my elbow against the door panel it stops.
Anyway, it drives me nuts, and to me a car with 18,000Km should not have noises like that. My dealer looks at me like I am a freak when I ask them about stuff like this.
Is anyone else that picky?

rattles and squeaks are normally considered adjustments and covered for only 12mo 12k miles

Removing the door panels isn't difficult. There should be a write up in the DIY section.

My glovebox rattles, the center console rattles around the shifter, and there is a rattle around the speedo and RPM area in my car. Its driving me crazy. But it seems to go away when it is 60* and up.
