SS emblems

I'm looking for "SS" emblems for the front fenders under the " Camaro "
badge. I would like the first gen design script, metal, chromed whith white lettering. The ones I currently have are OEM replacements for a 69 SS , I like them except that they are raised about a 1/2. They just don't look write. Any ideas ?

Could you sand them down a bit?

Any pictures?

Maybe I could put them in a mill,.. or try a belt sander... the heat may discolor the white paint. I"ll give it a try.

The heritage-style SS BADGES are official licensed products of GM and have the same style lettering found on earlier generation Camaros. The badges are painted white with a chrome surround and are ready to apply using supplied transfer tape. Includes two sets of SS badges

I got mine from http://www.lmperformance.com/53907/119.html

Those are 4th generation S's.
69-72 model years is what he was after I think. Which are smaller in size.
We have both styles, GM Licensed and less $

Third Shift Studios

These guys have a standard set of SS emblems as well as customs if you've done any custom bottom end work. They have a 376 ci heritage flag emblem that looks pretty good.

Personally I like the old school style cross-flag emblems.. so these are pretty cool.
