Hello,

I've seen pictures of the Hot Wheels Camaro at the Detroit and Philadelphia auto shows. The car was not at the St. Louis auto show. Does anyone know, or know how to find out if that car will be at the Chicago auto show. We're thinking about road tripping up there to look at it. We have ours on order and are anxious to get a glimpse of the real thing.

You know, those rims are really starting to grow on me, if they change the color of the lip to match whatever color the car is, I think it'd look even better. I'd love those with a white lip on my Camaro.

That lip is red because all the Hot Wheels cars of that age had a red striped tire. It's part of being a Hot Wheel. I absolutely love the rims. 21" too.

I had the original Hot Wheels set, with the "loop-to loop". I remember all the wheels had the red outline. Also, I remember that the wheels would always flare outward after rough use, that sure would be huge and much more expensive than back in 1968 or 69, either/or. Just kidding of course.

I think it is a very cool car, but I can't get over I am all grown up and I don't want my old Hot Wheels set back anymore than I want to ride the roller coasters at Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH like when I was a kid. There is a part of me that harkens back to that age, but another that states no matter what, it is in the past and I can only go forward.

For that money, a ZL1 starts making sense, and that is very looking forward. Then again, the new 2014 Stingray is really very cool.
