Zaproy's Cammed and Blown BRM SS
Hello All,
My name is Kevin and I've been a member here for almost half a year now. My Camaro has been fairly stock up until now, only did lowering and springs and a z28 spoiler. However, this month I decided to blow a large amount of money into making it finally look and drive how I always wanted it. That being said, I thought it was time I made a build thread. Just last weekend I had a pair of TSP 2" LT Headers with off road pipes installed, all I can say is I'm addicted to WOT haha. I'll update this thread as things get added. This is the night I took her home. And this is how she sits as of right now. Current Mods: - Custom Grind Cam by CPR - ECS Supercharger Kit - Alky Meth Kit - LNC 2 Step - TSP 2" LTs w/ Offroad Pipes - Z28 Spoiler - 3% Window Tint All Around - BC Racing Coilovers - MGW Short Shifter - Forgestar CF5v 19x11 and 19x12 wrapped in 305s/325s - Rear Seat Delete Upcoming Mods: - NPP Catback - Z28 Diffuser - Z28 Rockers - Z28 Splitter - Z28 Flares - Roof, Hood, and Trunk Gloss Black Wrap - Custom Roll Cage Removed Mods - Barton Short Shifter - BMR Lowering Springs Would love to hear opinions and feedback as I progress through my build. Thanks Guys - Zaproy Last edited by Zaproy; 01-02-2016 at 01:38 PM. |

So I got the BC Racing Coilovers Installed this morning and then had the car detailed. I thought the car wasn't low enough so I decided to try and lower the car however, after everything I did, it only went down another 1/8 inch if that. I thought maybe if I closed up the spring more it would lower it a little so I reset the preload and tightened it up by 1/2 an inch and it didn't do anything. Did I max them out?
Here's a picture of the front coilovers. and here's a picture of the car so you can get an idea of ride height, forgive me for the bad phone pictures I didn't grab my real camera for this. |

Well look what decided to show up yesterday! New wheels are here, and much sooner than I expected. Thank you ModBargains the wheels look even better in person.
Brand new CF5v's. 19x11 Deep Concave fronts and 19x12 Super Deep Concave rears! Tires were just ordered and should be here sometime next week. |

Got some pictures of the test fitting of the wheels. Forgot to take some of the fronts, was kind of in a hurry.

Thought I would finally update the thread considering a lot of work has been done and pretty much halfway through the build. Well, at least as far as I've thought about so far haha. So the cam, supercharger kit, meth kit and widea** wheels and tires have been installed.
Edit: Having trouble uploading pictures apparently, I'll have them up in the morning. |
