Returning car back to stock suspension (springs) questions

I'm returning my car back to stock suspension from a set of 1" lowering springs. Honestly, I just miss the softer ride and easier trailer loading. Laugh it up.

I have a 2010, I'm getting a stock set from a 2012. Is there anything I need to consider other than an alignment? It may sound like a stupid question, but I know how finicky these cars can be. TIA.

I think you've confirmed something for me ...

I would like the lowered look but have been concerned about the lowered ride.

I think I will pass on lowered /stiffer springs and possibly do both sway bars only. Do you have stock or upgraded sway bars? If upgraded can you tell noticeable diff in body roll and ride?

Stock sway bars. You can definitely tell a difference in ride. You're more in touch with the road and there's a lot less roll and pitch and feel every rock, crack and pine needle. It's pretty awesome actually, but the trade off for looks and long term discomfort is over for me.

I have a 2010 with my stock parts in storage. Let me know if you need any parts.

Thanks.

I literally have every single stock part off my car, EXCEPT, the springs. I gave them to a guy who made a log splitter out of them. Lol. Luckily a friend had a brand new set off a his 2012 he gave me and he's gonna take my springs and put them on his wife's car. So it worked out well. i am so happy to be back to a smooth an comfortable ride.

I think there might be a market for "softer" lowering springs.

I'm certain that's an oxymoron or there wouldn't be adjustable ride suspensions available on modern sports cars. Ask anyone with "dial a sport or dial a track mode". Most will tell you it's nice to dial it back to tour mode on the drive home.
