Has anyone used this thing? It plugs into the obd port and disables the afm.

I have one for each of my vehicles and it works great! You have to remove it before you take your car in to the dealer for service or they could void your warranty. Another thing, if your state or county requires emission testing you should remove the Range about 100-200 miles before the test so it will read accurately. And always buy directly from Range to get your device with the most up to date software.

As of right now, I checked for my 2020 SS, and since I have the A10 trans...they dont at this time offer this module for the set up I have anyway.

I have the A10 and the 2019 version works fine. I've run it for about 6K miles with no issues.

Have one in my 18 2SS, have it hooked up with an OBD splitter so I still have an available port and it works exactly as described, I don't see V4 mode ever

Just curious what mileage you average in town.

No clue. Never really paid attention. Guessing 1/2 - 1 mpg less then when I put in the AFM unit.

I might have to pick one up. I wonder if the afm starter combo chip will work on my car and a truck. I am on a hunt for a new truck soon and they have that shut off turn thing now if I could buy the one chip and have it work on both would be awesome
