Wanted to leave some good feedback for our newest vendor over here in California Street Trends. I had a thread going a while back in the local marketplace section of California for a used or new Heritage grill for a decent price. I had found them online new from anywhere from $249-$390. He posted in the thread, shot him a PM, and picked up the Heritage grill (painted yellow off one of his cars there) for $100 shipped to my door!! Awesome guy to deal with and said he's looking forward to dealing with the C5 Family!! I'd definitely recommend him and shoot any PM's you want to Jason for parts, he has awesome deals going on the GFX packages too (almost suckered me into it

). Can't wait to do business again Jason and thanks for the fast transaction and great price!!

I appreciate that. Most people don't take the extra time to say something nice. If anyone else is looking for something let me know. You can pm me whatever you are looking for and I might surprise you. We have been selling strictly Chevy parts for 10+ years and the 2010 Camaro has some great stuff out there for it. Looks like all the members on here knows that too.

Wanted to update everyone that man were they great to deal with! I missed all 3 of Fedex's attempts and the way the shipping was setup is that they'd return it to sender if I didn't get it in the 3 attempts. They actually made a call to Fedex after I missed the third delivery on Saturday and arranged for them to hold the package for pickup and then contacted me via PM to let me know they stopped Fedex from returning it and I can pick it up anytime Monday-Friday. Just picked up the package today and man did Jason hook me up! You know how to take care of your customers Jason and look forward to buying again soon!

You are right, people these days rarely ever send emails about the "positive" experiences, it's always the "negative" experience.

So it is a breath of fresh air to find yet another competent and customer service appreciative vendor that all of us here at C5 appreciate.

It was as I told Jason when me and him were first talking was that a lot of guys are out to get the money and get the product out and don't take the time to help like people used to. He was definitely all about the customer and his staff (Brandi was the one who contacted Fedex for me) were of equal helpfullness. I told him that I don't think I've had a vendor or shop help me out like that ever especially with throwing "goodies" in with the grill I bought

I appreciate the feedback. We are gearing up for our new 2010 Camaro site. We have LOTS of new stuff to debut. Full urethane bodykits, air ride kits, floormats, cams. Whatever you want. PM or email us. We will do whatever it takes to make you happy. It's not hard when you love what you do.
