Universal Studios-Orlando,advice needed

In September, I'm going on a business trip to Orlando. I'm bringing my family and they'll run off and do their own thing during the day.

Now my question is: they only have 3 days and going to Harry Potter World is a must for my daughter. Can you make 3 days out of Universal Studios or is that a 1 day at best park? (it's very cheap to add additional days to a ticket, but a single day to another park is kind of pricey).

Wizarding World will definitely take more than 1 day since its new. Lines will be crazy long. If you got 3 days, spend the 3rd day at Islands of Adventure, excellent coasters and can do most of it in 1 day.

If they'll be there on weekdays, may not be as busy and 1 day for each park would work out well.

Good point, they'll have Mon-Weds in September (so during school year- because I'm a bad parent). So 2 days is a good bet then, but 3 may be a stretch on weekdays during the offseason?

There are 3 separate parks. Each one you can easily spend a day in. If they aren't too concerned with the older stuff in the original park, 2 days would be good for Islands of Adventure and Wizarding World. The original park has some fun stuff, too. But 3 days straight of parks can be tiring. 3rd day would be good for relaxing.
