Is a throttle body spacer really worth it?

I have been looking into the TB spacers and I was wanting opinions from you guys who are more car savy than I. Thanks for the help ahead of time

What year is your car? 2012 and newer don't benefit from a spacer.

No real gains we have ever been able to show in testing.

I have noticed a difference with the throttle body. Mostly in throttle response. A throttle body spacer however, is just an efficient way to waste your money.

Just added the ported TB myself but I can't say whether it was an improvement or not for me it is just to hard to tell. When it arrived last week it had just snowed some more so highway was a little slick. This time since I knew I was making a modification I took the car out and played with the foot feet the best I could before the install, again snow and it was slick. I replaced TB and went out again. Since it was even slippery on the highway I really couldn't get into the throttle. There may be a slight more response in the throttle but to me it is just not enough to tell. I think if I would have waited a day or 2 then put it on when the highway was dry and was able to actually do some hard launches then I might have been able to tell. Since there is a time limit on returning them I didn't want to wait and just installed it and got it back to the post office the same day. JMO.

Dean.
