Custom HUD Programming! :)

Doing a HUD retrofit? We have your next mod ready to go before you even get it in the car!

Our Camaro HUD programming was originally created for the Firebreather program to remove the Chevrolet/Camaro startup logo from the HUD. We currently still offer that option as well as an additional custom text on certain messages/warnings as well.

Our biggest option is the addition of a G meter and bar graph style shift light that scrolls across the screen in sequence and then flashes when its time to shift. We CAN also customize the shift light by RPM PER GEAR!

Oddly enough this programming also works on several other GM vehicles I had this running in my Buick LaCrosse for a short time which was pretty funny.

Replied This is for the actual hud module itself though just a heads up. This is more targeted to people doing the Add-a-HUD upgrade (and those that REALLY like taking their car apart lol)

But like, I could do this even though I already have HUD right? I would just need to install a new HUD module, correct?

I mean if you wanted to go through the trouble of buying a new HUD us programming it and installing it sure. If you are going to go through all of that just remove the current one and send it to us (its not an easy job though).

It's not the greatest but this shows it, orbs at the top are the progressive shift light they start from the outside of each side of the screen and work towards the center until they meet and then the whole bar flashes. On the bottom is the G Meter.

He didn't say that. What I figure is I'll just buy a HUD module from 2SSRS and send that to him. Then once I get it back I could just swap out the modules.

Send a message via AIM to OHIOSS
I bought the HUD unit for my 2010 but haven't installed it yet. Could I simply send you the unit to do the programming? Since I've never seen HUD on a Camaro I don't know what it doesn't do that you can make it do. I don't care about the GM logo coming on, but can you program this to a personalized type of logo or start up?

How much do you charge to do the programming?

Feel free to email me if you prefer: russturbo@aol.com
