Does the factory CD player hold more than one CD or is it just a single CD player.

You can put MP3s onto CDs and it will play them as well (although I haven't tried this with the Camaro).

make an MP3 cd, depending on the size of the song(file) u can have well over 100 songs per cd...i used 2 make them all the time, but then tha ipod came out and i havent made a cd in years lol, but makin them is deff a good thing, in case your ipod breaks or you forget it sumwhere

They make a 6 CD version of the same deck that's in the Camaro, I don't know if GM is selling the 6CD deck, but seeing as how it fits in the exact same size I don't know why they wouldn't.

personally, I don't know why I will ever use the cd player or the radio much, since I have both flash drives and my zune, BUT, YES, you can put mp3's on a singer CD and make a LONG PLAYING cd.

well just so ya know, the unit that comes with the upgraded system in the 2LT and 2SS has a SINGLE CD player.....if you got a 6 disc changer, it was extra. but not part of the standard package.

I keep a mp3 cd in the player that has my favorites on it just in case I'm updating the flashdrive. I have 160 songs on it (About 695 MB of mp3 files).

My 08 SS Impala has a 6 CD player head unit. But My 2SS RS Camaro is a single unit.

To be honest, I didnt know I had a 6 Cd Player until I read this thread.
Its been over a month since I bought my car and been using only my Ipod an USB Memory stick (16g)
But when I inserted a CD I remember it said "loading CD 1". Yesterday after reading this thread I inserted another CD and it said "loading CD 2"

you must have something special, after I saw this thread last night Iwent out to teh car and tried it, it will only TAKE ONE CD and mine doesn't show CD1 adn CD2 like yours.......hmmmmm did we all get JUKED!!!

None of the pre production OR Ordering Guide material has ever mentioned multiple CD capability. The is no RPO for such an ITEM listed for CAMARO.
