Could be a stopped up or almost stopped up O2 sensor.

Exhaust leak upstream of the catalysts or, faulty catalyst. Throwing sensors at it usually never fixes anything, but wouldn't hurt anything to just replace it. Likely not your issue though.

Cat converter most likely. What are the other two codes though.

I'd say shoot for some High Flow Cats... but you're in San Diego CA so I have to be careful what to recommend as touching the cats other than to replace them with OEM is 'illegal'.......
Just saying....... |

P0420 and p0430 are pretty much always the converter. People like to think it isn't and try to replace the oxygen sensors. They clear the code and think they fixed it, then it returns in a few weeks or months. As the cat starts to go bad it usually takes a while before it will actually throw a code. Obd2 is pretty damn good at telling you if the is a fault in the os2 it can tell when it is responding slowly or reading incorrectly and it will throw o2s codes. Cat code with no other codes, sorry but it's the cat unless you have a really bad exhaust leak before the cat.

My 2014 Sierra has same code. It’s the cat. I need to replace it but I’ve been putting it off for a couple yrs. Check engine stay on. I buy a bottle of car cleaner. Or put 93 octane and it usually clears the code but a week or two it’s back on
