The ones on the Jay Leno Camaro are made by BBS. The model and name of the wheel is in the thread

Tire Rack sell them for around $2500 a set. Only issue I see is on the few cars posted online in the photos the rear wheels look to be the wrong offsets and look like they stick out a touch. I dont like that because it will spit and kick up debris killing the paint in the bumper cover.

The quote above is correct...

BBS is making 2 new part numbers that are designed for the Camaro. The Leno Car and the National Guard Car both had a prototype set of rear wheels. BBS will be producing a slightly higher offset version of the wheels that will be perfect for the Camaro.

The wheels are:
Front: 20x9 / 27.3 lbs / $665.00 each
Rear: 20x10.5 / 28.5 lbs / $695.00 each

These wheels are made using the same technology (cast and flow-formed) that we use on Porsche and Ferrari OEM wheels. These wheels are very stiff and very strong. The production version of these wheels are expected to arrive into the US in Jan 2010.

BBS's look good on pretty much everything!

Those look a lot better than some of the other options I've seen here.

Cross-spoke design is my all-time favorite. I was unsure about putting it on the Camaro, but a lot of people have done it and it looks good. BBS invented the design, but the flush front ruins it. Any wheel this wide has *GOT* to have a lip. No reason to upgrade without it.......

TSW makes a sweet looker that seems to be the perfect size. Not too expensive either.

http://www.tswalloywheels.com/alloy_...snetterton.php

I believe it's cast, so not sure about the weight. I have been unable to find a single negative comment about TSWs though. I'm anxious to see replies to the 20" x 22" thread..........

I had hoped to avoid lowering by going with the larger rims, but all the dropped pix nearly have me convinced.

I like, especially at half the price of BBS!! I like the TSWs also, but the size of teh spokes are all equal. I prefer the BBS & VMS design that have tinner spokes on the outside and ticker inner spokes.

Dont compare TSW to BBS guys regardless of the price. BBS wheels are awesome. I like the wheels posted above so much My custom wheels are a similiar style in a concave 3 piece design. WIll post pics soon. I was going to get the BBS wheels from the Tire Rack since I am a wholesale but I didnt like the rear offset issue. Glad they will make a fittment specific for the Camaro.

How do TSW not compare to BBS for daily driving. I don't auto-x and the wheels weigh almost the same so the only difference to me is finish options and price. I'm not one to pay $3500 when I can the exact same performance for half the cost. Call me cheap, I call it common sense. I like the looks of the BBS better but for the cost I'll shop around, VMS looks good to me right now.

Lets see those pics!

Not calling anyone cheap, its quality. Cheaper cast wheels will bend easier and I not talking just the obvious bends but even at the center hub section from a pothole. They require much more weight to balance and some times you wont even get a true balance. Offsets and size are also limiting on cheaper wheels alot of cheaper wheels take hub rings, some supply them in plastic. BBS wheels I used in the past 15 years always were hubcentric. These little areas where the cheaper guys cut corners can lead to vibrations and headaches. Been there and done that. I used to own a rim and tire shop and have experienced it all. And just for thought overpriced forged wheels dont stack up for real hard use because they suffer from many issues in quality over time. Even the 3 piece forged guys are using cheaper materials and hardware and the wrong spec aluminum barrels to save money which screws the end user when they hit a manhole cover at 100+mph The most pissed off day was when I pulled my OEM Camaro wheel and its MADE IN CHINA, no wonder there are so many weights on backside, it wobbles on the Hunter GSP Road force machine and the calipers need weights too. Band-aids to poor cast products.
