The new GT is supposed to have 400+ HP? Anyone else think plus means 27-30? How about just throwing TT on the V8...that should get it done and they can sell it as a "green car" with eco-boost. Problem is at that point it would be a better car than the GT500!

Every Challenger I see has the crappy non-polished wheels. Makes the car look cheap and plain. Some people can't recognize a superior design and how it is executed if it hit them square on the nose.

I am interested to see if there is a response from GM. I don't know why there couldn't be, but it seems everyone has written off any potential changes. I'm not on either side, I just think it's weird to claim victory before all the cards are on the table. Unless you're Chrysler. They don't care.

Regardless, so mid-December for the GT information? Not going to be this week for sure? I am honestly excited!

I gotta say, when I heard they got 305 ponies in they're new V6 Mustang, I was in shock.
I have to hand it to Ford- they've made a quality Mustang.

Im glad everyone does not like GM products..where is the fun in that if everytime you went to the track or cruising there were just camaro's out and about?

I don't get the bashing on the Mustang. It really seems petty and done out of jealousy that it seems that the new Mustang may beat the Camaro. I think competition is awesome.

2010 Camaro SS vs. 2011 Mustang GT?

Any speculations on how the new Coyote will match up against the LS3?? I've heard a decent amount about the v6 but no numbers on the v8, anyone care to speculate?

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, but without DI I am assuming these HP numbers come with premium fuel? To me, that is the most obvious next step for the LLT motor, up the cr a bit to run premium for another 20-30 hp. There is still a lot left on the table with the LLT motor.

hold the phone, ford in one year will be taken all camaro awards. the mustang v6 will be faster, and the v8 when it recieves the 5.0 will be faster. all these stangs were lacking was power and in a year they will get it. power, light weight, and handling. the mustang will have it all.
oo well at least the camaro had it one year of glory...unless we get a 550hp Z28 to destory the gt500 to keep car magazines busy to not notice that our SS and LT are not up to pare with the mustang GT and V6

No, the 3.7L Ford is not rated on premium unleaded. Makes you wonder what it cranks on premium unleaded, doesn't it?

Guys, this is great for everybody who loves American cars. By now it should be very clear that this is not the same old Ford, and the Camaro was obviously built by a company that cannot fairly be called the same old Chevy. To steal a phrase....it is on like Donkey Kong....and the folks likely to find themselves on the worst end of this new era in Detroit run car companies based in places we once referred to as the Axis Powers. Funny, it's deja vu all over again. Some people never learn.
