Does this mean ABM will soon be the rarest color? Hope so!

HUD looks pretty cool though.

Good news for folks that have been waiting. Wonder if Rally Yellow is now metalic as all of the other paint premiums are metalic. Metalic Rally Yellow would be a cool color addition. I suspect we will be seeing a $1,500 rebate on 2010 LS, LS1, LS2 and $2,500 on 2010 1/2 SS real soon. Funny Mustang has been running $3,000 rebate on 2010's for over a month.

I was hoping Synergy Green would be an option on the SS for 2011.

Now, I don't know if I have the balls to order it. :(

Severianb, I ordered the syn green last week. Was skeptical like you, and catching some heat from my friends now. But who cares I like the color!

  • Rally yellow and synergy green are now "pay-extra-for" colors

Here's the highlights of the 2011 Camaro!
  • new HP rating of 312 horsepowers on the V6 (3.6L SIDI V6)
  • Synergy Green will be offered on ALL models for a limited time
  • Heads-up-display (HUD) will be offered as standard equipment on the 2LT and 2SS models

Any word on any other colors for 2011, other than synergy green?

Tried to get a quote via email today (I am deployed so I have to negotiate via email) and this is what I have been told by the 1 of 3 salespersons that bothered to reply:

"As you can see GM has released the pricing on the 2011 Camaro increase level. However, in our GM Dealer World where we order and build vehicles it has not. The status is still in W/A or will announce. "

Any dealers/salespersons out there know when the price will be "announced" in the "GM Dealer World"?

I've been to multiple dealers an the last 2 days as well. They are still not finding any pricing in their order database. What's going on?

I called my sales person today, and he had no pricing in there system. I guess I will keep my fingers crossed that this info on a 350$ increase is indeed true.

BeckyD@ Rogers Chevrolet

See my post above about local dealers not helping. I've been discussing ordering a 2011 Camaro 2SS/RS with local San Diego dealers for over 2 months now, (as recent as yesterday) and received VERY LITTLE info or help from them.

I PM'd BeckyD at Roger's Chevrolet, fellow Camaro5 member and sponsor, and within a couple emails back and forth (I'm deployed on a big gray ship in the Pacific so no phone) I found out everything I needed to know about my specific situation along with an extremely fair quote.

Moral of this story? If you are shopping around and don't give her a chance to help you, you are only hurting yourself.

Very small price increase indeed and very happy about that!! Hopefully GM will come-out with some funky colours for the Z.

$350 is really no price increase considering you guys will have the HUD. I think thats a killer deal considering the Vette and Camaro will be the only cars with them.

random question. Would there be a reason why a dealership i called and asked for the pricing on a 2011 told me that the pricing on the 2011s isnt out yet?

I had the same issue. I contacted 3 local dealers and only one replied, (2 didn't so much as send a "we'll get back to you") and told me "although price has been released to the public it's not in our 'system' yet".

I PM'd BeckyD at Rodgers Chevrolet (originator of this thread, go to page 1) and she shot me back a quote (good one!) and answered all questions I had to my specific situation within 2 hours.

I am told a dealer can give you a quote, they just have to do it manually vice computer generated (I assume like you build on the Chevy.com site). So, it seems some are too lazy to push buttons on a calculator.

Possibility #2 could be there is a 1% chance the price will be changed by the time it hits their system and they are too scared to chance it.

So, I don't want to speak for Becky but something tells me she'd be happy to assist you.

Becky, do you know when GM will be putting the new pricing structure in it's Autobook for dealers? Even though I have the pricing, and showed it to them, my dealer won't give me a price until they see it in the GM system.
