Arrow H-Town Camaro Club & HOUSTON Steet Meets

It's time for a Houston thread to discuss anything and everything Gen5 related for our area.

Almost every week the Gen 5's meet up at different street meets around Houston. Places like the Woodlands Car Club gathering at Market Street, Cars n Coffee in Uptown Park, and West Houston Muscle in Katy have become a great hang outs for the Camaro crew.... and the numbers are growing each month...

I know there are others such as in Pearland, Kingwood, Tomball so post up the info for everyone...

Nice photos Mike, but that group just doesn't look the same with out that yellow one there.

Got it buffed out today and the first coat of Zaino is on, I will do the rest on Monday after we get our mother moved. You should see that yellow one now, OMFG! I'll get some pics posted tomorrow.

It better not rain next weekend for Super Chevy after I have done all of this or I will be pissed. Not really, it was a lot of work buffing and shinning up 2 cars in 2 days but the end results are well worth it.

I am gonna have to start coming to houston meets. I live in the Beaumont area and most of the 5th Gen. owners here are pricks and nobody wants to hang out and cruise together. My Aunt lives in the woodlands so I have a place to stay. What weekends does everybody meet up on? Is it like every 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ect...?

The 1st Weekend of each month is a always a good one to visit...

1st Sat is Cars and Coffee in the Galleria area from 8 - 11

1st Sun is The Woodlands Car Club market street 9:30 - Noon right behind the Mall.

West Houston Muscle every Sat in Katy (nice large group)
Nifty 50's is every Sat night in Spring... (very lg showing of vintage cars no 5th gens allowed but very cool to attend).
Conroe Cruisers on Sat nights in Conroe - (Small group)

...and check the Street Meets or Road Trip section on the H-Town Camaro Club Forums there's always something different going on and will let you know where the 5th Gens are headed on any particular weekend.

I would have joined all of you if the car was put back together on time. I was on the back end (literally) of finishing painting my diffuser. I started this job and half way through I find a GFX package for a good price on Craig's list. So I'm kinda finishing plan A and going on to plan B!!! It looked like a great turnout and better weather.

Wow lots of pics of our car I'm feeling the love!

Woodlands Car club definitely is a lot of fun. Each has their benefit (Woodlands vs Uptown Park). Luckily they're on different days so we can enjoy each!

Woodlands definitely feels more "personal" if that makes sense.
