Cool Drop Top Customs Releases T-Top 2010 Chevy Camaro Kit

Featured on HOMEPAGE.

Drop Top Customs has released its 2010 Chevy Camaro T-Top Kit, which will debut at 2010 SEMA next month.

The T-top kit features undercarriage reinforcement to bolster the loss of rigidity from the cut roof. They claim that flex is not an issue with the kit. The conversion will retail for $6,500.

BUT, where did the reverse mohawk roof go? Is it an all new roof panel?

Very Nice. From a distance it looks like quality work. Very clean look. Good job guys!!! You should get some takers on this one if the price doesn't scare off some. Several thousand more than I expected.

From the looks of the last picture there is no mohawk.... and judging by the price...it better be an all new roof panel haha.

looks great though might put it in the "things to do" pile right after an LSX haha

love it, but a bit rich for my blood for what you get. If it was $2500-3000, I would entertain the thought of converting the wifes car, but $6500....wow.

No mohawk?

Eh - not for me. I like T-Tops, but I'm not feeling the look. It's cool to see the enthusiasm though!!!

I always wished GM would have kept the T-top. This looks awesome but $6500 is more than a little steep.

Some cars aren't meant to go through a high pressure car wash, like a 'vert. Doesn't mean its a bad design, its just the nature of the beast.

not really sure on this, I'd want to see it in person. that side view looks kinda unnatural to me, as bad as I've wanted to see her in this form. too bad its not straight from GM

I'm a fan of the T-tops just not on the 5th gen. Had two 4th gen's with T-Tops never leaked, but it took GM a long time to it right. Had a Monte Carlo SS that leaked from day 1, was forever in the shop to get it fixed. Just say'n, I'd be a little scared of leaks. But, that's cool for those that want them, they can have them now.
