Chip on metal. Help me please!

I know it doesn't look like much. But it kills me. I also have a chip on the edge of the door. It's from friend getting out of my car. Im very very upset. I went to my local dealer and ordered touch up paint. I was wondering if there was an easier / better fix!

Watch these. I've done it on IOM and the dealer paint matches pretty good.
