So a small portion of one of the articles on the SSX seemed to present the idea that the large amount of all of the parts (hopefully not just suspension) will be available from GMPP. I'm particularly hopeful of the brake coolers, racing seat, brakes...well, probably plenty. Anyways, I guess we'll have to see when the next GMPP catalog comes out. Hopefully it will have all kinds of SEMA goodies.

That is a valid concern/wish. Just remember that this years catalogue was finalized before the SSX was even a concept in GMs head! So you will have to give them time to ramp up all of the parts you want in there!

In the meantime, you can certainly use the ONLY suspension that GM uses on these cars, and give us a call. We are the only suspension manufacturer that has experience in building race prepped Camaros for multiple classes. So we have the packages available right now!

And if you want to source all of those parts before they hit the GMPP catalogue, I am sure we can make recommendations and/or find out when you can get them from GM!

P.S.- The street set-up of the coilovers GM chose are on sale now!

Ok, so it looks like the splitter may be potentially easy to source.

I have it on good authority that the splitter used for the SSX, is the Corvette ZR1 splitter, that was reshaped to interface with the Camaro lower fascia. These splitters are manufactured by Plasan, who is primarily a military composites manufacturing and engineering company. But, they make parts for General Motors as well. I do not know where the point-of-purchase would be, but I would assume that if you really want to get your hands on one, ordering a ZR1 splitter would get you (most of the way) there.
