Cool 'Black Cat' Camaro SS by German Tuner Speed Box

German tuner Speed Box has put together its supercharged Camaro and dubbed it the "Black Cat". The compressor kit bumps up the power on the Camaro SS to 625 PS (616hp). The factory exhaust system has been replaced by a BORLA stainless steel exhaust system (without tailpipes).

Handling and stance has been upgraded via H&R coilovers, H&R stabilizer bars, and 22" Schmidt Revolution "Rhino" wheels which feature 265/30-R22 and 295/25-R22 tires, front and back, respectively, wrapped around the 10 x 22" and 11 x 22" rims.

An optional matte body paintwork is also available.

PRESS RELEASE:

BLACK CAT - 22 "by www.FELGE.de and 625 HP
Vehicle: Chevrolet Camaro SS

The reinvigorate rated economical crisis after the U.S. car industry has born some kind of cars during its remarkable history. The made by GM Chevrolet Camaro SS is with good reason that is represented in this category. Comparisons with the legendary Ford Mustang are not at all far-fetched, they are even a matter of intention.

Herten, Germany, you can find the Speed Box car workshop. And it is even there such a Camaro that has been chosen to make all neighbors to have a look at this kind of vehicle.

The dominant power dome on the engine bonnet gives justified reasons for speculations, because the 6.2 liters V8 engine produces 432 HP at a max standard. torque of 569 N / m. After having passed a cure power with compressor kit (€ 8,999.00) by Speed Box, the Camaro impressionating produces 625 HP.
The BORLA stainless steel exhaust system helped (999.00 € without tailpipe) has its own full up sound. The matte black body paint work under the lines of the Chevy catlike manner, available starting from € 3.500.

The top of the pops is this phenomenal wheel / tire combination named Rhino out of the seemly endless wheel model pool of Schmidt Revolution (www.felge.de) Bad Segeberg, Germany. For this type of care have been used equipped with 265/30-R22 and 295/25-R22 tires 10x22 "and 11x22" wheels, wheel arch without crimping. The wheel set price incl tires is of € 3,399.00. In addition, the high quality rims from Rhino Schmidt Revolution have especially weatherproof stainless steel face plate, that can be replaced in case of damage in a cheap and quick way to thanks to optimized installation. The Rhino light alloy rims are available in 9x20 ", 10x22" and 11x22 ".

Additionally, Speed Box Spends H & R coilovers for 1,272.00 €. H & R stabilizers are optional for another € 530.00, Which improves the driving dynamics sensibly.

And if after all the well-disposed spectator fevers to get the key to make an extended test drive, the tuning experts will have reached their aim.

I still see factory mufflers... Wheels are terrible.

Cool to see a German-tuned Camaro tho! This car really does have universal appeal!

I'm not too impressed. As someone else has pointed out,....it looks too stock, and IMHO "pimped out" with the 22s. Not my taste. In the pictures the factory exhaust are still in place...... The power bump is a plus,....but I just wouldn't have went with 22s. I would have changed out the rims and stayed with 20s,...although wider ones.

Nice non-the less.

It's a Camaro for Christ's sake, don't give it blinged out, over sized wheels...so many companies do this...why, the rest is good though

meh. Kinda pricey for a formulaic mod. The designers for this didn't really embrace the subtle styling cues of the car. They just did what they do for every other car out there - lower it and throw on some off-the-shelf, oversized rims. SC is a bit over-priced as well. Nice try. Next!

So I can create my own marketable version of the Camaro by simply throwing a set of rims, lowering springs and a supercharger on it? Sounds easy enough...

Not liking the rims. Looks like a stock SS to me.... which isn't bad or anything but I just don't see how this is a marketable version or edition of this car. Oh well....

With a couple black bow ties, new SS emblems, drop springs, and some ghetto wheels (shoot why not spinners at this point?) YOU TOO COULD HAVE THIS CUSTOM CAMARO!!!!!! Obviously, not impressed and the wheels make me
