I would assume a composite intake would lower the manifold air temp by a few degrees too vs an aluminum one.

I got the LFX 2012 about 3 weeks ago....I love it...torque is mediocre but it definitely gets up and out!...looking to upgrade CAI and exhaust any suggestions?

I think the only CAI out right now for the 2012's is the one made by CAI and it all depends on how loud you want your car to be as far as exhausts go. A lot of guys on here have the axle back MRT V2.0 from all the research I Have done that exhaust setup is one of the best if you want low noise during idle and some sound when you get on the throttle...thats the route i'm taking

My 2012 Camaro runs great with the new LFX engine. It runs smooth and has plenty of get up and go.

Black 2012 2LT/RS and same opinions as above, plenty of power and I get 30mpg on the highway regularly. Very satisfied!
