wasn't GM's best idea.

but, when it works, it works amazingly.

then again, its like Sex Panther...

60% of the time... it works every time...

If you want to boost the LT1 i would highly suggest looking at building a forged bottom end, and after that factor in on average $6k+ for a good supercharger/turbo system, fuel system upgrades etc.... so honestly your best bet if you want a LS1 is sell your current car and just buy a later 4th gen.

here is a link to a place that i have seen build some great LT1's http://www.golenengineservice.com/

even better than turbo/super would be nitrous for an LT1.

high compression + nitrous = happy LT1

Spray? Really? Doesn't nitrous slowly destroy an engine over time? I would really just like my LT1 semi stock and runs and drives good

no worse than a supercharger or a turbo.

a stock LT1 can handle 100hp shot no problem. just make sure your fuel system is performing at its best and you have it installed properly

if you have replaced, plugs, wires, opti, and its running rich try the O2 sensors. Also you may want to clean your injectors.
