It's more than money when it comes to excessive speeding I would bet any amount of money he is getting points and I will also bet any amount of $$$ if he goes without a lawyer he will lose his license .

Anyone with legal experience please help! Thanks in advance.

P.S. i love my camaro. I want to be able to drive it legaly!
Just get a lawyer. A good one. I have 7 speeding, one excessive acceleration, and a reckless driving ticket and havent lost my license. I turn 21 next week. You just gotta pay. Money makes any problem go away.

I found mine by asking a few of my buddies who get tickets often. Just ask around and youll find one with a good rep.

get back on that same 65mph road and go 35mph. You will get a ticket for going too slow and obstructing the flow of traffic. So on one you are 30mph over, this one you are 30mph under. The two tix cancel each other out.

I never would have thought that would have been the outcome you got lucky . Here in NY you would have definitely had to obtain a lawyer and probably have went to court 5 times before there was any resolution . carefully out there ...

Ultimately they just want money so plead not guilty and get a lawyer. As long as they get their money they will dramatically lower your points.

Think about it, they now know youre a speeder, why would they want to revoke your license when they can keep catching you and making more money?

Just read what you got off with...NOO LOL

Here in NY that would have cost you about $2,000 between fines and an increase on your insurance.

I once got a 91 in a 55 and got it reduced to a parking ticket with no points and a $100 fine with A LOT of help (cant say how) so you did better than me and I had some really good non lawyer assistance...

There are still laws about residential areas and such, but on highways, it pays to know this one. Don't be going faster than 85 unless you can deal with the consequences, because they are going to be a lot worse here.

Similar laws in VA. If you are pulled for doing 20+ over you can be arrested on the spot. 11+ over the limit is a reckless ticket.
