Got to call the dealer boys, I should be able to get picked up on this run with my option,, what a glorious day. May have to leave work early to go get started on my garage floor. Gonna put FBOD under the Zl1 logo.

I had the same idea on my garage floor. I actually did the entire garage......epoxy floors, redid ceiling, paint.....and of course hung up my Dale Junior flags!!!

Now just have to wait a little more. very cool!!!

I'm confused, I'm at 2050 (1100) with the black insert. Are you now telling me that since my car has not been picked up yet that it will now go on constraint because I did NOT choose B92?

This tells me you could possibly run into a constraint down the line... but it hasn't happened yet

In fact, the base black painted carbon fiber hood insert (1EY37 -B92) will be on constraint at various levels moving forward for the remaining model year run.

Great news!

Can dealers confirm that B92 can now be added to orders with the black insert?

Heck no... keep it as it is until news comes down that black is constrained... chances are you will make it through OK. It won't get picked up any faster either way...

I am happy for you guys who got your orders in without constraints. Can't wait to start hearing from those with ZL1 in mid-March! Early congrats to you all.

You should choose whichever hood treatment you prefer - have your dealer adjust accordingly -- and we'll attempt to build it just like you asked us to.

cars

Yes cars will be here very soon and yes im sure that car will show up while im in florida but thats fine, also i had only one option to get this car and that was to sell my 69 SS Chevelle and a original paint 67 corvette conv with 44000 miles , but this will be worth it i do not miss them very much , my 19 year old drove the chevelle more than me it seemed and i always seemed to find muscle cars around some place so i will find another after i get this car, the only good thing is i have a great deposit thanks to all.

As I said above - if you really want the black insert - have your dealer order it that way.
