Everyone was saying GM smashes the fins when they install the bowtie, yours look like they survived it okay.

Yup. But I bought mine from Becky so they painted it. So I assume they bought it unpainted.

Well, I also took he chrome gas cap cover off today too.

The inside spring loaded stop is gone so I had to use these little stoppers that came with some Boze speakers I bought. Good thing I threw them is a drawer.
Without them the cover just sunk in. They are perfect.

When we took all the other defenderworx stuff off I didn't have the gas cap cover. I just so happened to find it in a box today while messing around in the garage. I have to wedge my fingernail in to open it but that's fine. It's easy and I like the look better this way.

Only thing I have left now from the defenderworx hook-up at C5FI is my shifter and fender SS emblems.

Damn, Randy.....looks great!

Hard to believe sometimes that in April '11 I was in that car circling an airport complex in the SW corner of the country....and now it's across the country from there...yet still on the other side of the country from me.

Couple months after the fest.

Pulleyed down as well, and LS3 conversion.
. I'm about 90 more RWHP than at the fest.
