I saw CFM at the LA auto show and it looks pretty cool with good lighting...I bet it looks even better in natural sunlight.

Some Very exciting times are ahead folks!

It could be black and the number 1 ZL1 and not the special CFM number 69, but regardless Carbon Flash Metallic is basically a metallic black. In fact, at one point in time the exact same color was called Black Granite.
Here is one of our Cruzes. A '12 in Black Granite. It looks solid black under certain conditions and under sunlight the Metallic pops just like the IBM. Love it. Congrats to Mr Hendrick.

In certain lighting conditions, like this, it is essentially black. In the sun, the silver metallic really sparkles and can make the car look like a very dark shade of gray.
Pretty hard to tell from a distance... Here's my Granite Black Tahoe and a 45th w/ Carbon Flash... (exact same colors) sitting side by side.

It's the same color has the 45th cars. Only one was built and it was built first. They gave it vin#69 because there was 69 Zl1 built for the first gen cars.

You can't get this color on any other ZL unless you paint it yourself.

Just for the record, Rick did not choose the paint color. It went thru Barret as a 1 of 1 in CFM specified by GM.

Facepalm as to why this color isnt a regular color, it looks so incredible with the black 10 spokes and exposed CF.

+1 for slipping in 69 and BJ in to a single sentence w/o offending anyone.

Extra Credit for making it several pages w/o someone acknowledging it.
