"Sweetness" gets a custom painted OEM Strut Brace

Update 2-4-12

got it installed with the kit by Ray@RDS, it took me about 2 hours by myself. came out pretty good, I'm happy.

hello friends, well i just finished with my OEM strut brace for my ride (Sweetness) . yes it a 2010, but thanks to Ray@RDS and his brace mod kit http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=194163
i get to install my OEM brace. i had a stencil made and i think it came out pretty good, i am pretty happy hope y'all enjoy. I hope to have installed within the next week as i super busy.

Back to support brace that painted looks fantastic. Pros and Cons of placement. Does it do anything to the integrity of strut area??

thanks, pro's, i love the way it looks and there area (large flat area) of the brace let me do some custom painting.
cons, for most, i would not recommend if you do any road courses and are looking for stability, i don't do road courses, i do car shows lol.
im not an engineer, but i really do think it really going to hurt anything. i drill in aircraft and engine parts with engineer drawings, so i don't think this hurts anything. all your aftermarket braces drill into the strut area
