Powder Coat question

I just got a quote from my local shop to get my RS rims powder coated black with a gloss finish. the guy said it was $100/rim and $10/center cap. so that brings me up to $440, I don't have any way of getting the rims of myself so he said it was a $60 flat fee to take them off and put them on once they are done. so the total is going to be $500. Is that good? I saw other threads and some people paid $600 to $700. What else should I ask them, it should come with a warranty also right? Also is going to take a week... I'll be maro-less for a week. Does that sound right?

You still have to get the tires dismounted and remounted after the powder, as well as the valve stems, so you need to calculate that into the price.

yeah that was a $60 dollar flat fee to take them off and put them back on, it would've been $440 with out the dismount he just said that i would have to go back to the dealer and get them refilled with something i forgot what it was, he was just going to put air in them not the other stuff.
