my key fob will only unlock the doors, does not lock them, the second key fob works just fine. so i am wondering if there is a way to reprogram the bad on to see if that works?

any ideas?

thanks

Did you look through the owners manual or do a search here, yet?

I believe it's in the radio controls.

No.

OP, put your working key in the ignition, turn it to the On position. Now take that key out. Put your non-working key in the ignition. Turn it to the on position. Remove it. It should now be programmed.

to add to stiegers post it should say "#key programmed " or something to that effect on the DIC when it stores the new key. this works, did it myself almost two years ago and both keys work great!

my key still works but just doesnt arm the system, i am going to put the good one in turn it to the on position (not start i am assuming) take it out then put the problematic key in and turn to the on position. then take it out. then i will start the car, trun it off, then test the keyfob.

yes, though you don't need to start and stop the car. You can if you want though
