So this morning.. I ordered my ZL1 front end parts....

Later today.. I am pulling out of my 1 car garage not THINKING! Got too close to the edge of the door and I hear a awful sound.. I panicked foot slipped off the clutch and MORE awful sound!!!!!

Looks like I will need to order a new fender as well!

The edge of the garage door.. The metal rail caught my bumper and pulled it off. LOL!!!!!!

Oh well.. I have to drive around for 2 weeks like this till I can get my car into a shop and get that ZL1 front end on.

Damn! well I am glad it isnt worse, it will just make the new ZL1 goods that much more sweet. Need new fenders?

I did the same thing a few months ago, except I brushed the wood trim around the door with the mirror. Only some minor paint transfer that came off with some elbow grease. I am now much more careful backing out of and pulling into the garage.

Shit happens... I am lucky to have access to a shop and I can do all the work myself. I am getting a zl1 front end anyways... Now I have to order a fender as well.

Sorry man.....but after seeing yours, and the other one that just posted up a thread...I'm keeping my Summit White Camaro in the garage for a while until things settle down...lol

Summit White my other favorite color on these Camaros, If not for the SGM I would be sporting a SW one hands down..

It happens I hit the garage door pulling in last week. I was trying to get around my Silverado in the driveway and lost focus on the passenger side mirror and caught the door mouding. Lucky I just hit the rubber seal and the mark came out with a clay bar.
