2012 March 24- XE Goes to War

OK guys, I've been in contact with Hard Knocks for a group event in their facilities and so far it seems it will be a very interesting event. This War Game is painless and they have all kinds of missions and 3 different Combat Zones. Start reserving your day.

Where:

Hard Knocks
5707 Dot Com Court
Suite 1025
Oviedo, FL 32765
407-359-9091

Hard Knocks features over 65 different mission scenarios and over 125 weapons in our armory. During your group event, you will have the flexibility to run combat in our mock office, warehouse and house arenas, each fully furnished with realistic props and combined total over 25,000 square feet.

Visit this link for Weapons, Missions and Arenas
http://www.indoorwar.com/combat-sports/armory/
http://www.indoorwar.com/virtual-tour/

Combat Time – The most important thing to know about your combat time purchase is that you pay only for what you use. If you begin a mission with 60 minutes of combat time and you are killed in action after just 10 minutes, you still have 50 minutes to use for your next mission. There are no rentals or additional gear required. A day of combat at Hard Knocks is less expensive (and more enjoyable) than a day of paintball, airsoft or traditional laser tag. 60 minutes of combat time will occupy the typical combatant for several hours.

Event:
XE Goes to War at Hard Knocks
Minimum group of 10 people. We can choose to do a private event for only XE or we can choose to play with other visitors. Prices are
1 hour of Combat in alternating arenas (1 hour event): $29.00 per person + Tax = $30.74
1.5 hours of Combat in alternating arenas (1.5 hour event): $41.00 per person + Tax = $43.46

Xtreme Members
1 Hour $23.20 + Tax = $24.59
1.5 Hours $32.80 + Tax = $34.77

When:
March Saturday 24, 2012

Time:
11:00am to 1:00pm (For Private Game)
1:00pm and later (Play with others not in our group)

Where we Meet:
We will meet between 8:30am and 9:30am close to the area so we can be on time. Place of meet to be determine.

More Information
Taxes added to the price.

This looks like it would be awesome. I'll have to keep an eye on this.

...place is set up and run very well. It helps that the girls that work there are very.... talented.

We actually did a shift day there, about the closest thing you can get to close quarters combat without feeling the pain of "simunitions" or paintball. Did I mention the women are talented?

That's what we've been hearing from a couple of our members who have already attended so we're really looking forward to it

Also I didn't quite catch your drift about the women....

So it opens at 10 and we get two hours (until 12) for the private group? And then after that is public free for all? And you get to keep playing until your time paid runs out?
I'll try to make it since it's early enough that I'll still be able to make it work that evening.

Sorry for the late response I've been lazy on updating this thread. We're going to be getting there at 11AM and our private time will last until 1PM. After that we will be mixed in with the public.

We've got the ten people needed for our private game already and if anyone else joins we'll have more than ten people (I know Slo Ryde was asking me at the Camaro Rally but I wasn't sure at that moment).
