So $400 gets me a wind restrictor with one of the pre-designed graphics that can light up as the color of my choosing? There are so many options, will $400 include everything I need to wire it up?

Yes, that will include the basic wiring to wire direct. I purchased the dimmer option also, but not sure I am going to use it. I am going to simply wire it direct with an on/off switch. Wiring should be fairly simple.

Like dodojoe said, it comes with everything you need to get it up and running but like all things you can customize the install.

Have you taken it for a spin yet? Please tell us how well it functions to reduce interior turbulence.

Which is better for reducing wind turbulence

Hi guys...this product looks great but I really dont care about looks, or the ability to seat 2 or 4. I just want to know which works better at reducing wind turbulence/noise...this or the windscreen. Anybody been in both that can answer this? Thanks!

Just put the camaro back in the garage. What an afternoon of being out in the sun with the top down! Man does this car turn a lot of heads! This wind restrictor is so neat.
Now, in regard to addressing the wind turbelence, it is less wind in the ****pit area. How much, I dont really know. I bet the biggest difference would be if you were in the back seat. I am one of those who who does want some air blowing, that is the purpose of the convertible. I dont know anything about the wind screen, so I wont comment about that.
I am totally happy with my purchase. Wouldnt trade it for the wind screen, not even with some boot (money)

Guys the solution to quieting your lil one is simple:

My 3 yr old girl screamed bloody murder till I found the issue, her hair was whipping in her face. Adult woman have said hair whipping in their face at highway speeds hurts like snapping a rubber band on your wrist. Got her a pair of glasses with the strap to keep hair stationary... Now she has hand in the air and loves it. Can be had at any super store for $4 or less.

I've been waiting all day for UPS to deliver my Windrestictor and nothing! Call to find out they loaded it on the wrong truck and they want to try again Monday. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. Beautiful weekend, last few days of vacation, 60 mile trip to the beach planned ..... soapbox closed. Exhale, smile, all is good.

That sucks. I had the exact same thing happen to something I ordered about a month ago.

The wait will make it more special! No, that is always disappointing when some pkg doesnt arrive when we expect it. Let me say first hand, you will be one happy customer once this wind restrictor is installed.
It is also really neat at night with the top up, and you turn the light on. Just looks great back there all lit up!

How sturdy is the wind restrictor at high speeds?

How fast is too fast for it?
