Elbow grease lol but seriously I use cleaning wax. Can't remember what the brand is.

I second what Jeff said I should know cause that's what was use to dry my car quickly (leaf blower) after it was wash. And no spots !!!!

Here is my drying process which all but eliminates water spots to begin with:

1- Pooling - this IMO is the most important as 90% of the water drains off
2- Leaf blower for the hard to reach places (rims, lights, grill, etc.) and lightly around the whole car
3- Detail spray with a waffle towel to get the remaining and to add a little shine

Mind you nothing really works if you wash you car in the baking sun!
