no they are fit Separately , the skirt fitting frome outside of rear bumber with one screw frome down and 2face around them wich are comming with kits

hey The_Blur , i don't think that the 3dcarbon kit's comes with diffuser !!

Yup you are correct, it's not a diffuser just a rear spat/skirt like the Street Scene/Stillen rear.

Paint the factory one!!!
2 body shops said you couldn't paint the factory ABS plastic one because paint would come off. I bought a spare and tried it out. Place sanded it, and maybe even baked it to get chemicals out. Good thing I didn't paint the one I had on the car because I had been Armour All'ing it... Been a year and still looks great!!!! Photo's speak for themselves. Otherwise i like the Callaway.

Oh, I ended up painting mufflers black, see bottom picture.

This is my diffuser. He is from the Geiger Performance in Munich / Germany. In the middle of the rear fog lamp is intigriert.

Yea I had mine painted as well. The dealership had no issue with it and it has not had any chipping or anything else. I'm on the line for one by 2SSRS so I can run the dual tips. Should have it in a few weeks and I'll have it shot RJT and then swap them out and send him my current one as a core. Looking forward to the new look.
