Very nice. I did a 32 x 28 with an upstairs and I had close to $25k in it. Thats me doing it all myself. If you got yours up for around 5k then you did really well. My concrete alone was $2500.

Thanks, I got all my material at a Lowes that was moving to a new store, they were selling everything cheap so they wouldn't have to move it. I bought both my 9x7 insulated garage doors for $400.00 just to give you an idea of the savings.

Great place , but that plywood ramp have to go
Get some 1/4 plate and bolt it down , better use dimond plate to prevent slipping when wet
