I went to 5 dealers before I bought my car and by far the best was the last and where I bought my car, van chevrolet in north kansas city. I was very unimpressed with cable dalmer, I went to two different locations and the first one the guy had no clue what he was doing and the second one the guy put a dip in right in front of me and started spitting in the trash can. Contrast that with van where the facility was the cleanest by far and they really impressed me when I was having trouble getting in for them to do the tint job I worked into the deal and the next thing I knew some customer service lady called me and got me in when it wasn't working for my schedule. I haven't had any work done yet other than the first oil change but they didn't seem to be a-holes about mods, I even had one guy who was in some kind of management role who told me to get a good tune. Assumeable since he mentioned he they wouldn't be hell bent on voiding but who knows.

Not saying they aren't good (I've heard they are, and some of their employees drop by my work, they seem good) but Felix Chevrolet is THE PLACE to buy a Chevrolet in LA. They truly WILL beat anyone's price and it's such an easy buying process.

They even throw free oil changes in with any new car purchase.

I used to sell cars, and all I can say is, THIS is how buying a car should be.

I got my 2012 that I ORDERED, WAY back of invoice pricing (I work in sales so I kinda sorta know what I'm doing)....and 3 years scheduled oil changes come with every new car purchase.

Circle Chevrolet/Hyundai actually located my car in Pennsylvania for me, the whole process couldn't have been better from start to finish. I literally went there just to look around (because I was getting frustrated with Pine Belt) and I actually bought it from them.
We are happy to know that you found a great dealership to work with. We hope you love your Camaro!

"Ed Bozarth Chevrolet" in Lone Tree, CO gave me $2,448 off the bottom line on my 2012 SS order...........all others were $1000. Ask for Justin - he's honest!

I have to agree with that. Truly Midway is some of the most obnoxious liars i have ever seen. But tied would be what used to be Peoria Pontiac GMC, now Liberty. Appears to be pretty much the same clowns working there, even with new owners. Go to Edmunds.com to read what I dealt with there. Classic!

Everyone has had good and bad experiences with different dealerships, that's why people are listing which will ones they like or dislike.
Maybe you get good service from Midway because you know someone. Great if you do, but if you don't know someone.... watch your back!

I keep hearing that over and over! I will have to try them someday. A long drive from Peoria, but may be worth it.

Sands ranks right up there on the shady list. My girlfriend bought a Camaro, and had Sands put a spoiler on it. They cracked the spoiler, which they provided, then tried to say they had no responsibility since it wasn't a GM spoiler. What?!!! They sold it as a GM spoiler. I stood in the show room, and loudly called out to the salesman about the problem, and when the existing customers in the lobby all stopped and listened to what I was saying, suddenly, Sands accepted responsibility.

I have never dealt with the location on the 303, just the one on Grand. 303 is so far west, I might as well go on the LA!! Sounds like both locations are just as bad.

Cool

Edwards Chevrolet in Birmingham, AL is a great dealership. My wife bought a 2009 Cobalt from them a few years back. They treated her/us so good, that when I wanted to buy my Camaro, I went to them. I was not disappointed. They gave me great and courteous service. They even called a few months after the sale to check and make sure everything was going ok with the cars after each purchase.
I had a minor problem with my Camaro, (The drains for the sunroof were never attached at the factory causing water to leak into the trunk space.), and they overnighted the part and took care of me quickly and with great customer service. I can not say enough good about them.

Karl Chevrolet in Central Iowa is top notch for sales service and accessories. They're a Callaway dealer, too. Huge selection across the board. Ask for Kristen in Sales, tell her the TvProf sent ya.
