87 Thousand jeep wranglers recalled. Facepalm.

Mod didn't mean to post here sorry. Can you move to off topic please/other cars please.

Ugh. 87 Jeep Wranglers have been recalled. Should be up on the FOX site soon. They are also now looking into reports of the Chevy Cruze for the same problems. Randomly bursting into flames (it happens gosh). This coming after 210,000 jeep liberty's were recalled on the 7th of last month.

Here's the initial report of the investigation. FOX hasn't posted the recal yet online.

Man, I have no faith in any Jeep line any more.

My mom owned 3 Jeeps (Grand Cherokees, though) in her life, and two of the three had MAJOR issues.

What a mess.

We currently have a 2011 Wrangler Unlimited. Love it. Before that we had a Commander...that we had to have towed out of our Garage three times for eating the battery overnight. It was the first time in my life that I have ever had a new car that so disappointed me. Still love the Wrangler, though.

It's not like gm never has recalls for things like Sonics leaving the factory without brake calipers or anything, sheesh.................... i guess those recall letters i and my parents received a few years ago on our my 00 Grand Prix and 00 Regal for the possibility of fire were just accidents, shew, stupid Jeeps, only ones ever having recalls...............

Car companies have recalls. No need to bash Jeep for being a car company. My dad's Nissan Juke just got recalled for leaking fuel and possibly bursting into flames. It happens to every car company.

It's when they try to hide the fact that there's a problem that is bad.

When you're selling vehicles that randomly burst into flames....someone ****ed up lol. Think they needed a little more testing.

You realize GM, Chrysler, Honda, Ford, etc, etc, have all had recalls for these types of things before?
